Happy December

Hi! It has been a busy few months, both personally and professionally. My son has started sixth form, and I am now a great Auntie again with a baby niece born in October.

I have been on a few courses, including gait analysis and neural spinal assessment.

I have also started doing massage at the boxing club I attend, which is great as it allows me to really put my knowledge to the test.

Next year, I plan on learning more about rock-pods, which is a modern version of cupping therapy as the pods are suction based and do not require any attachment therefore allowing more freedom to treat the client by the therapist. I am also planning to complete my Level 5!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank my clients this year and wish them a Merry Christmas and a happy new year. I hope to see you all again and welcome new clients in 2024. I plan to enjoy the festive season relaxing and eating chocolates with my family and guide dog Sally!
